Best Restaurants for Afternoon Tea in Aspen / Strathcona / West Springs

EXCELLENT!! Best high tea in Calgary. Great value, historical atmosphere, but the true star of the show is the amazing service.

Service was excellent, our reserved table was already set with china and flatwear, and Veronica soon came with the selection of loose leaf teas for our individual tea pots. The food was delicious, we especially liked the ham and cheese toast which held a surprise burst of flavor. The scones were buttery, the compote was flavorful and not too sweet. Overall it was a wonderful way to celebrate Valentine’s Day

Valentines’s day was the first time and a while since my wife and planned a dinner or any type of outing in general. With two kids, a three year old and a six month old, free time is a rarity, dare I say a luxury. We mustered our courage and committed to going out in the frigid weather. Seeing the little one is currently breastfeeding, my wife wanted her to stay with us in any of our future outings. After making dinner plans and babysitting with my family for our son, we found ourselves running fashionably late. We proceeded to make our way there nonetheless hoping that there would be some clemency on our behalf. Sure enough, even after arriving an hour late, the two young ladies a the front inquired as to what can be done. The manager for the evening came and moved some things around and managed our expectations saying that we would be moving to a a table which has an appointment in an hour and 15 mins which was greatly appreciated! From the food to the customer service, the standard was to our expectation. The crew on service for the evening ran a tight ship and made the evening look flawless. The manager, what can I say, she had nerves of Steele coordinating such a busy evening. We will definitely come back, this time alone, to fully appreciate such an establishment! Well done to all

Delicious food, like always and waiter was great, best service we have had in a while. Gave us some bubbly to celebrate our anniversary, it was a beautiful lunch date. To all the staff, thanks.

This place was such a lovely haven and a perfect brunch spot. The interior is fabulous, the food amazing and the service excellent - not much to complain about...I will definitely be coming here again!!
