Other partnerships include a Black Forest Ice Cream Sandwich by Scoop & Paddle (Clarksville, MD).We use fresh meats and vegetables, never frozen. The pretzels are made by hand by an Army vet who learned to make pretzels in Germany after his service. The sauces are made from scratch. This was my friend's first visit to Copper Canyon and he was impressed with the whole vibe. He enjoyed the food and drinks. It was not crowded and our server Lisa was exceptional. Definitely will get backed.

As always the food was great ,the service lacked which is not David’s norm. The manager came a met with us and was receptive to the issues of the evening. We will certainly return. Just was not what we expected.

What a find! Nice little quaint restaurant located in Elkridge. The service was great and friendly. The beer selection was on point for a German restaurant, and the food was delicious. My family had a really good time.
