Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Roswell

lunch with girlfriends after our visit to Christkringle Market at Bullock Hall! Salads and sandwiches were wonderful with lovely sides of salad or fries. For dessert we had Lattes! They let us sit and talk as long as we wanted! A lovely, relaxing afternoon treat!

We enjoyed everything. I had the lobster roll, my husband had the bouillabaisse, and our friend had crab cakes. All were delicious. The three of us shared an order of hush puppies that came with a remoulade sauce that was truly excellent. The food was top notch, yet I have to say the service was even better. Our server was efficient, very polite, and charming. It was a pleasure to talk with her. The atmosphere was very comfortable. It was a cold night, but I was able to watch the outdoor fire pit from inside. I look forward to going back soon.

First night back in town following an afternoon flight, so I suggested we go out for dinner. Where? Well, our “go-to’s” are either Table & Main or its sister restaurant, Osteria Mattone. We had last been to OM, so T&M it is! Wife got the three course prix fixe dinner for $35 cornbread manzanilla salad with half a chicken with parsnips, (half of which came home!) and bananas foster pudding (NONE of which came home!) For me, I tried the butternut squash & poblano bisque followed by the new menu’s pot roast dinner entree. I found myself wishing the soup had a little more “kick” but the pot roast lived up to waiter Conner’s description and is deserving of a spot in the rotation of meals I will order!

It was quiet on a Monday evening but food and service were excellent! My friend and I had the redfish, and it was superb! The wait staff was friendly, professional and fun. Great location, easy to locate and easy to find parking. I always look forward to eating there!

Very pleased with our dinner the night we stayed at the hotel. The staff were personable and timely. Food was very good.
