- IIvelisse V.vipOrlando / Central Florida East •22 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThe restaurant provides superb customer service. Guillermo at the bar was extremely attentive. We ordered the EXPRESSO MARTINI, and we had the BEST EXPRESSO MARTINI ever! The food was to die for. We ordered the pene, lasagna, tortellini and WOW, the flavors, presentation, and how the server entered to the table ON POINT. The restaurant is always busy and small, so I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to make a reservation. The team at the front desk should be more "happy" about the fact that the restaurant is always busy, that means they are going to have a job for sure :), as they showed that we're overwhelm with the amount of people. SUGGESTION FOR THE LEADERSHIP A training on how to deal with customers during difficult and busy times will help tremendously. I was extremely kind and patient with the young gentlemen and female at the front desk when I asked about my reservation and their body language and answers were abrupt as the line was long, the restaurant was busy, and many others were asking the same question. We will definitely come back again and again and again. Thank you! Happy Holidays!More infoTrattoria Il PaninoPrice: Moderate• Italian• North End•4.5
- DdonnaGreater Boston •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoAnother amazing dining experience at the chefs’ table near the open kitchen ! We were a party of seven. We had several craft cocktails ( memorable was a gin “tea” served in a beautiful teacup), vintage grand cru champagne, wine, just about every hot or cold appetizer, oysters with caviar, popovers( must try) , carpaccio ( outstanding) , many beautifully prepared and delicious entrées ( my favorite is the mushroom Campanelli) plus each of us had dessert ( Mexican chocolate ice cream, sticky pudding and blueberry ice cream - all hand made). I’m a local resident and took my family here the weekend of Thanksgiving ! This is the best restaurant scene ever to happen in Salem! Can’t say enough great things about this establishment. Our waitress Martina was outstanding and so was our sommelier!More infoLedger Restaurant & BarPrice: Expensive• American• Salem•4.7
- MMichaelNew York City •1 review4.0Dined 3 days agoOverall we had a great meal at Pammy’s. The food and service were great, and the ambiance and decor were lovely. The value of the menu is lacking imo. $84 with no drinks including for 3 relatively small plates. The “choose your own adventure” seems to be a bit of a gimmick as most people will order a starter, pasta, and main. Not only that, but they tack on a mandatory 6% extra charge for their kitchen staff. Here’s an idea- they should use the substantial amount of money we pay them for the food and drinks, and use that to pay their staff a fair wage. I have to say it left a terrible taste to feel nickel and dimed in this way. At $550 for a dinner for 4, with only about one drink per person, as much as I enjoyed the meal, I can’t say this was a good value or something I’d do again. I would strongly advise that they include any mandatory fees in the cost they advertise, instead of hiding a surprise fee in fine print on the menu.More infoPammy'sPrice: Very Expensive• American• Cambridge•4.8
- KKennethGreater Boston •4 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoSimply great! The food was top notch. The service was both professional and friendly. We have been there many times in the past for a delicious meal and this was no exception. The tuna tartare app was excellent with just the right amount of spice with the raw tuna on a bed of avocado. The seafood entrees were cooked perfectly and the Veal Valdosta was enormous and perfectly cooked as well. We were never rushed and our waiter was attentive without being overbearing. It was a most relaxing evening. The desserts were wonderful and the blueberry cheesecake was amazing. Bricco is definitely worth the visit.More infoBriccoPrice: Expensive• Italian• North End•4.6
