Everything was absolutely amazing. Our waiter was so accommodating and understanding. The food was incredible. The fish was fresh and beautifully plated. The overall ambiance of the restaurant makes you feel as though you are dining in a movie. I recommend booking a dinner reservation. The ambient lighting, jazz music, and magical views of the cityscape create an enchanting, and intimate feel hard to replicate!

But what really made my experience stand out was the exceptional service. Our server Nick was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, taking the time to answer all our questions and make recommendations. He was prompt and efficient, refilling drinks and clearing plates with a smile. And then, of course, there was the food. Each dish was expertly prepared and presented. I was blown away by the quality and every bite was a delight. Overall, I would highly recommend 618 to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. Can never go wrong at NoBu. Their A5 Japanese Wagyu is definitely top 3 that I’ve ever had.

First timer…definitely will be going back. Our server Laura was great, professional and attentive. Loved the decor. My husband and I both got the surf and turf (burger slider and lobster roll) The slider was cooked to perfection.

The food is amazing, the view spectacular and the service attentive a courteous. Bob the Sommelier was extremley knowledgeable and considerate of our requirements. Alex, our host, was courteous with the right touch of humour. All of the staff professional and hosted us exceptionally well. An expensive but a priceless experience.
