Liberty Tavern is a 130-seat restaurant spread over two rooms, including a 20-seat bar. In addition to our full-service kitchen offering our take on American classics, we also have two wood fired ovens.     I was throughly impressed by this restaurant. Not only was it a trendy chic vibe with modern architecture and trendy music playing, but the food was fresh and you could tell the chef cared about each plate. The service was also phenomenal and attentive. You could tell they care about you having a great experience and pay attention to every detail at Fuji. 5 Stars

    We had reservations on a Monday night due to the high demand because of the Christmas Pop up. The restaurant was beautifully decorated. People were taking walking around the taking pictures throughout the restaurant. We were sat at our table right away. Our waitress was very nice. We started with Garlic Knots which we both liked. I had the Bolognese which I enjoyed very much. My girlfriend had the braised short ribs which she also enjoyed. If you can get reservations we both recommend it.
