Best Restaurants for Anniversaries in Far Westheimer

I had lunch with my niece who had been doing a lot of traveling…Paris, London. I had not seen her since Christmas and this is a favorite restaurant for us to go to. I arrived a bit early and checked the menu and it was missing the famous Jonathon burger I had had in the past. I asked the server if it was still available and he said yes, so that’s what I had and it was absolutely as good or better than I remembered. After easily managing to devour the whole burger and fries, we sat and talked a bit more and my niece said she was still hungry so I said well why don’t we share a dessert Well, she got the chocolate cheesecake and I had a crème brûlée so much for sharing a dessert. Both were delicious. Great food, great ambience, great service. I can’t recommend highly enough!

Everything was great and the service was phenomenal from greeting to seating to eating. We made a reservation for the bar but when we arrived I requested for seating in the main dining room. It was quickly accommodated and the staff was pleasant and friendly the whole night.

Normally Valentine’s Day in restaurants are rushed and typically service is off. This was not the case, from our waitress Deana to the food was excellent. We were a little late due to traffic on Valentines Day but we were seated immediately! No issues! Everything was perfect! So glad I chose The Capital Grille, not my first time dining here but definitely not my last!

It was my 71st birthday and this was my birthday choice last year this time and I was not disappointed just like last year. K.C. Was awesome. Food was the best. I have been dining here at this location since 2005 and I’m still impressed.

Awesome experience. Crowd was not too much. Food was great and not too heavy. Bre our waitress was TOP NOTCH!!! Will definitely return.
