Restaurant was not at all crowded, and while we (three diners) were seated immediately, our waiter appeared for about 20 seconds to greet us, but then inexplicably disappeared for 22 minutes. Episodic appearances continued, which was annoying, although he was a nice guy and actually a good waiter when he did appear. This resulted in most food being brought at slightly sub-optimal serving temps, which is a problem when one is spending $100 per plate.
