- DDr. MiltonVIPMexico City •14 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoDining at Lorea in Mexico City was an extraordinary experience, elevated even further by sitting at the chef’s table, where we witnessed firsthand the artistry of Chef Oswaldo Oliva and his talented team. The tasting menu was a masterful celebration of Mexican ingredients and flavors, thoughtfully reimagined through modern techniques and creative storytelling. Each dish showcased a deep respect for native ingredients, blending tradition with innovation in unexpected yet harmonious ways. The attention to detail was impeccable, not just in the food but also in the warm and knowledgeable service, making every moment feel intentional and special. The wine pairing was equally impressive, carefully curated to enhance the complexity of the dishes. While every selection stood out, the true revelation of the evening was the Rosa de Uva from Bodega del Viento (Coahuila, Mexico)—a beautifully balanced rosé that exemplifies the growing excellence of Mexican winemaking. This pairing, alongside the intricate flavors of the menu, highlighted the richness and diversity of Mexico’s culinary heritage. Lorea is more than a restaurant; it is a sensory journey through the best of Mexico’s ingredients, executed with precision, passion, and a touch of magic. For those seeking an unforgettable dining experience in Mexico City, it is an absolute must-visit.More infoLoreaPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Mexican• Condesa / Roma•4.7

- CCaéloMexico City •2 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 29, 2024Went to my first Thanksgiving Dinner here at Marriott/Sendero. It was hands down really great. All the comforts of home without the cranky uncle. Food was amazing! Great turkey, gravy, cranberry sauce and sweet potatoes. I wanted more but didn’t have enough room. My only recommendation is to offer traditional thanksgiving turkey dinners through the weekend. Because Im sure there were a lot of leftovers, and I would have personally, gone again the next day or the day after that. Thanks and great job Sendero!!More infoSENDERO POLANCOPrice: Very Expensive• Latin American• Polanco/Nueva Anzures•4.1
