Best Steak Restaurants in Lakeville

We had the Cedar plank Salmon and the Parmesan crusted Walleye, and both were very good! The garlic mashed potatoes were nice and warm, but not very garlicky, which for some might be fine but I was hoping for a little bit more flavor. The green beans were cooked nicely, but not very flavorful and needed salt. Service was excellent, but it is extremely noisy on a Saturday night. Maybe that’s the way it is there, but we could barely hear ourselves without having to raise our voices as well. We hope to return when it is perhaps less noisy.

My wife and I did the Champagner Brunch at Baldamar on Nov. 23. It was fantastic; everything we hoped it would be. The wait staff was very well informed about the food and drink offerings, and provided us with valuable insight. The food was very good, though somewhat hit and miss. The Scallop and pasta dish was fantastic; we ordered it twice. The crab cake was more cake than crab. The calamari was very good, as was the lamb curry. The cocktails, and limitless champagne and wine, were great. They did not go cheap on their alcohol offerings. Bottom line, it was a memorable experience for our anniversary celebration, and well worth the expense.

Another brunch before a Gopher football game. Once again, a terrific meal. Bloody Mary, one with vodka, one with gin, with just the right amount of spicy tomato mix. I had the eggs Benedict with short ribs and a generous amount of hash browns; my friend had a traditional breakfast with breakfast potatoes and Nueske bacon. Requested bar seats in order to watch the IU/OSU game and the Manny’s host delivered. Met a group of PSU fans who enjoyed pre game cocktails in the main dining room. worth the $$$$.

Great place for everything. Generous helpings. Food is flavorful. Desserts are heavenly. Staff is over the top accommodating to our needs.

The service last night was mediocre. I had to flag down a server to get a refill for my wife, and no one came to check if our food was satisfactory. However, the food was good!
