- JJeannaNew York City •4 reviews4.0Dined todayThe food was delicious!!! Our service lacked. We were looking for new drinks when our food was delivered and no one came until our food was almost done. Not even water glasses filled! Which were small stemless wine glasses so 2 sips and they were gone. No one checked on us for a long time. I wasn’t getting anything crazy… all I wanted was a seltzer! Also the seltzer came in a tiny glass with a ton of ice and they charged me for each one. I had 2 sips and needed a new one and besides not being able to find someone to do that, I don’t think it’s right to charge so much for what is mostly ice. It also seemed like the kitchen was too slow for the amount of people in the restaurant. We waited a while for our first drinks and dinners and then someone to come get our plates and offer us dessert. The room we were in also had a lighting issue where it seemed like the lights blinked every 30 min or so. It was annoying. It was also very loud in the room we were in. They need to fix the acoustics. All in all I would go back, maybe sit in the main room and ask for a different waitress.More infoZOLA RistorantePrice: Moderate• Italian• Randolph•4

Strange layout with little privacy so not very intimate. Staff is very friendly.More infoMia Nonna’s CucinaPrice: Moderate• Italian• Randolph•4.6

- LLisavipNew York City •4 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 2, 2024Food was excellent. Service was great. We had an early reservation and was seated at a table that was a little cramped. We felt like our meal was being rushed to make sure they had that table for the next seating. Would have liked to go a little slower and enjoy my meal. Would try to make a later reservation next time to avoid being rushed and to sit at a more comfortable table.More infoRISTORANTE IL MONELLOPrice: Moderate• Italian• Peapack-Gladstone•4.5
- JJohnvipNew York City •9 reviews4.0Dined on Sep 20, 2024Its in the details. Food was excellent. Portion’s generous. Service is the issue. Staff was pleasant but inattentive and under educated. Server did not know what dressing came with chopped salad and did not know what osso bucco ravioli was. We waited at least 20 minutes after completing our main course to get a desert menu. The glass top table was soaked with condensation from our beverage glasses, tablecloth or coasters please. The ravioli was very good, but a teaspoon more filling would have made it excellent. The tiramisu was different and possibly the best we have ever had, including that in Rome. A bit more attention to details elevates this restaurant to one of the absolute best.More infoDante's RistorantePrice: Moderate• Italian• Mendham•4.5
