Our waiter Lee went above and beyond to make sure we had a good night! We loved the menu and especially the bone in NY strip that was so juicy and perfectly cooked. Probably the best steak I’ve ever had! Felt like I was dining in Chicago or out of town. Unable to order the salad for my vegetarian wife. So she got Hummus which was great. The glaze on the Tofu was not palatable for her. So only food item that wasn’t excellent. Wish they would have let her order the pear salad off the Valentines menu for 2. Also, parking was supposed to be included but they said lot was full with 2 open spots visible. We made the best of it and even survived going to get the car in the snow at the bookstore lot. From the moment we made our reservation, the staff went above and beyond to address our concerns about seating—since I mistakenly booked a booth in the bar. They quickly accommodated our request to move us to the dining area, which we greatly appreciated. The host and our waiter were fantastic, and the food exceeded our expectations. The only minor hiccup was the lighting, which flickered from low to high beams towards the end of our meal. Despite this, everything else was exceptional! We had good service and server was very knowledgeable of menu and specials. Dessert options are amazing! The serving size is quite large definitely shareable . This was our first time here. Very eclectic decor reflective of the restaurant's name. Warm and inviting. There was a light crowd this evening and everyone was having good conversation and laughs. One note and we are not sure if it is like this all the time but the time between courses was a bit long. We were glad we had a 5 pm reservation as it took a little over 2.5 hours .
