This location is perfect for a relaxed outing. We sat in the lounge area, which offered comfy seating and a beautiful view of the large fireplace. The service was exceptional, and they made us feel welcome by allowing us to stay longer than usual, giving us plenty of time to enjoy without feeling rushed. Overall, it’s an amazing spot, and we had a fantastic experience!

What can be said about Canoe that hasn’t been said already. Amazing views. Amazing food. Amazing cocktails and wines. Amazing service. Canoe has been one of our favourites over the last few years, in no small part due to Chef Ron’s culinary knowhow and vision. Knowing that today was to be Ron’s last day we had to stop by one more time to partake in some delectable food, delicious beverages, and delightful service. (All from the best seats in the house, on the Chef’s Rail!) Many thanks to Sarah for the service. Thanks to the rest of the FoH team and of course the BoH team, all for taking such great care of us today. And of course, Chef Ron himself for the conversation, and years of wonderful culinary excellence. Chef, you will be missed sir!

Ruth’s Chris is more than just a meal. Yes, the restaurant is beautiful. Yes, the menu is varied and offers choices for every palette. Yes, the beverages are also varied and fine. Yes, the food is fantastic. Yes, the food is fantastic! That needed to be repeated. But all of that can be replicated with enough investment and skill. BUT what makes this family of three to have only one choice when it comes to a celebration is the way Ruth ‘s Chris makes us FEEL. We feel welcomed, we feel valued and we feel like we make a difference to the staff. From the lovely ladies at the front desk, to the staff managing the table setup, and more importantly, to our favourite server, Manny - “thank you for choosing us” is communicated over and over again! Manny has been our server for many of our celebrations and his care is so very special to all three of us! He is funny, honest and caring. Can we have a good meal somewhere else? Sure! Can we enjoy a nice dinner elsewhere? Of course! But when we want to recognize a special occasion with a “special” night - there is only one choice for us - Ruth’s Chris, Toronto Airport. Thank you for all the special touches, the team is one unit, with one mission - our enjoyment! It is a success, every time!

Went for my birthday and the space has definitely got a renovation since my last visit in 2021. The food was equally as delicious, service had changed a bit (I do miss the old cutlery) but I understand with the demand and expansion since the WELL deserved Micheline recognition. The food was FABULOUS the octopus was a stand out texture perfectly cook the sala Verda had heat, zest, and herbaceous however, the star were the beans! DESSERT was my favourite course strawberries are my favourite fruits so confidently the gelato was right up my alley. I knew it was incredibly well done when my brother who notoriously dislikes strawberry “ice cream” of any sorts kept matching my spoon for spoon (will be back for the Torta). My only wish was to maybe talk about more with the Som and the employees. I know it’s hard to sometimes be able too in service and some guest just rather not be spoken to during their stay. I kept looking for an opening with everyone who touched our table didn’t work out. CJ was a wonderful server, paced our dishes and drinks, took care of my family wonderfully. Also loved that the table was communicated that it was “ours” until a specific time. It was a wonderfully birthday, thank you.
