Best Hot Spot Restaurants in Boulder Highway

We haven’t been here in a while and still the most amazing place to dine. We had a wonderful evening even though we ate late into the night (9:00 reservations). Everything here from the steak to the lobster mac and cheese to the drinks were top notch. It’s nice to know that some places still can bring such joy.

The Top Of the World at the STRAT was one of the best meals I've had overall. The short ribs were tender, and full of flavored, the shaved Brussels Sprout salad was crisp and fresh with the perfect level of cheese and dressing, the ribeye steak was fantastic, tender, and delicious. I can say it has been the best meal so far I've had in Vegas. The view at sunset is spectacular and worth getting there at 4:00pm in late November to see the sun set over the mountains. The service was perfect.

The ambiance and service you receive is amazing!!! Everyone we interacted with was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed and our water glasses never went empty. We ordered the tomahawk, broccoli, and mashed potatoes and everything was exquisite! The steak was the best we have ever had and we would definitely recommend the Golden Steer!

It’s one thing to go into a restaurant, it’s another feeling when the restaurant belongs to Gordon Ramsay. I Have been to other Gordon restaurants, however; I could feel the attention to plating, atmosphere, and I could taste what Chef Ramsey has taught his chefs. With that said, the Beef Wellington is amazing, cooked to perfection, the puff pastry on the beef crispy, with a nice medium rare steak. The lobster risotto, was smooth and delicious. This was our 4th visit to the restaurant. Our guests asked us to make reservations. We love the ambiance, service and food. We’ll be back!!!
