Best Date Night Restaurants in Pacific Grove

Food was delicious. Rock Cod outstanding. Entres arrived too fast as we were barely done with salads. Did feel slightly rushed through the meal even though they were not crowded at all.

we always come here from san jose for special occasions and can always count on an excellent meal and wonderful service. Jenevive our server was so personable as was our hostess. Can’t wait to try the weekend brunch!

Even though I have watched the duck confit increase in price from $22 to $35 today over the last decade or so, it is still worth it. As is the banana ice cream maple bourbon bread pudding desert.

This is a definite four star experience, the four of us had the "Tasting menu with wine" and it was spectacular. Each "taste" was lovely to look at and tasty as can be. Since the menu changes frequently, I'll only mention a few "tastes". The striped bass was presented crispy, perfectly cooked, the short rib was fork tender with a lovely huckleberry au jus, cheesecake desert with berry ice was lick-the-plate. The wines chosen for each course added to the experience. Staff was attenuative without being intrusive. Highly recommend this, we're already planning to return to try the 3 course prix fix menu.

Started a little 3 day getaway with the family and the Mrs gave me 3 choices to pick for dinner. Knowing full well why Nura was on the list. We love us some sushi. Nura's ambiance was peaceful and cute. The staff was outstanding. Not once did my water run dry. Not once did I have to wait till they decided to come back by. They were very good at reading the customers. The sushi rolls were on point with taste and presentation. Definitely some of the best sushi we've ever had and we've had a lot over the last almost 20 years together. Here are some pictures of what we had. Highly recommend Nura if you happen to be in the area! Thank you to all the staff for making our first nights dinner top notch. You've set the bar high for all other restaurants in the Monterey area for us.
