Best Date Night Restaurants in Des Peres

One of my three favorite restaurants in STL and the perfect place for a fantastic birthday dinner with my wife. A couple of things to note: when I asked for a recommendation on a white wine to go with my dinner, our waiter brought out two different samples for me to try instead of just the one I asked to taste. I went with the second option that I hadn’t even expected to try. The other was the noise/music level when we first arrived was noticeably higher than it normally is. Within 15 minutes of arrival, however, it had been turned down. Food was terrific. North Atlantic Salmon was perfectly prepared. And the Pumpkin Dessert was delicious.

We were seated on time and immediate attention was given by the server. Loved the waitress who answered questions and gave help on the menu items. Food was fantastic and we had a variety of meals from chicken to pizza to eggplant. The salads are big and need to be shared with someone. Pizzas are about 14 inches and can easily be shared. I highly recommend this restaurant. I also noticed that the manager is on site checking on things. It was a very pleasant experience.

We have been coming to this restaurant for over 25 years. They are consistent in every way. The service was exceptional. Steaks were cooked perfectly and the flavor is second to none.

This is our home away from home! Always guaranteed amazing food, the loveliest of servers and support staff. Whether it’s a special occasion or as a busy mom just a night off, Napoli always comes in clutch. My kids love it just as much as my husband and I. If ever in doubt, this restaurant will never disappoint.

This was my third week in a row having lunch at Cooper’s Hawk in Town and Country. They have the most outstanding and diverse menu with something for everyone. And their desserts are out of this world! (The banoffee pie is my favorite.) Their servers are all amazing - I was recently taken care of by Kay, Trish, Sara and Libby. I will definitely be returning soon!
