Ridge was so lovely to have as our server. He was so personable and fun to talk to. All his recommendations were amazing as well. I’d request him every time as my server !! The food was also amazing like the carbonara and caesers salad. Lastly, the oreo dessert was amazing ! Sooo awesome this whole place.

Booked this for my birthday and loved it! Food was excellent and the service was top shelf. Recommendations from the staff on what to order worked very well and I recommend the wagu beef, the dumplings, sweet tai shrimp, and shishito peppers!

The food was creative and flavorful. Loved the presentation and the service was fast and attentive. Usually a great meal and atmosphere. Only detractor was the table next with 4 young people having a very loud and crude conversation. Others diners were disrupted and staring at them as well.

Everything couldn’t have been more perfect. If you’re looking for the best food on the strip, you’ve found the place. Ask for Dougles and you’ll have the best service to go with it. Have the short ribs, salmon, tres leches, or the flaming skull, I promise you won’t be disappointed. You bet we will be back soon.
