The ambiance is modern and sophisticated, with a stylish yet welcoming vibe that makes it perfect for a night out. The hostess Ashley was amazing. The menu offers a fantastic variety of dishes, and everything we tried was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The sushi pizza and burrata were excellent starters, fresh, well-balanced, and delicious. For the main course, the short ribs were cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, while the tuna was a standout dish with a perfect sear and seasoning. To finish, the vanilla and chocolate tartufo was the perfect sweet ending to the meal. Beyond the food, the service was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The owner, Nicky, personally checked on guests, adding a personal touch to the experience. The cocktail selection was also impressive, with well-crafted drinks that complemented the meal perfectly. Overall, Fork NJ is a must visit spot for anyone looking for an elevated dining experience in Rahway. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just enjoying a night out, this restaurant delivers on all fronts amazing food, great drinks, and top-notch service. I will definitely be returning!
