All the servers were young adults - maybe in their late teens or early 20s. Our server Rueben was amazing. Very polite, professional and courteous. Truly giving us the experience we would have expected at a higher end restaurant like Noble. Hats off to whoever trained the staff at Noble and the Prince of Wales Hotel. GREAT job. If I had to fish for criticisms, the only 2 were that the music was a a tiny bit too loud in our area (but when I went to use the washrooms, the music wasn’t so loud in other spots, so it just so happened we were sitting near the speakers, so c’est la vie!), and the other was that the side of fries that came with my burger was far too generous and I felt awful having to basically leave a full servings of perfectly good fries just because it was so massive! So, these weren’t huge things at all and it certainly didn’t detract from my overall opinion and experience.
