The Capital Bar & Grill may be the embodiment of Capital’s Southern Comfortable culinary vision focusing on provincial comfort food with a particular emphasis on the bounty of Arkansas. We are Mt. Fuji. First sushi bar in Little Rock. Mt. Fuji offers Japanese homestyle cooking and comfort food, as well as high quality, premium nigiri and sashimi. Top menu items that are highlighted amongst the staff and guests include: Hamachi Crudo, Tonkotsu Ramen, A5 Japanese Wagyu, Fresh Wasabi Root, Specialty Fish flown in from Japan, and extensive Sake offerings to pair with your meal! We are a family owned restaurant who're trying to carry on tradition passed on to us and are actively staying up to date with the current food scene in Japan!     The food was amazing! The homemade kettle chips were cooked perfectly. The steak and accompaniments were delicious. The shrimp and grits were outstanding but are spicy but not too spicy. The star of the dinner was the collard greens! They were perfect. Bourbon bread pudding for dessert is my new favorite. The bread was cubed and got a great char on the top. Service was good.

    One of our favorite places to go for special occasions! Our server was very friendly and attentive to us the entire evening! The food was amazing! We enjoyed the pimento cheese and crackers as appetizers and both had the NY strip as our entree. Both steaks were cooked exactly as we had asked. Thank you for making our Valentine’s Day special!
