So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. Tabula Gardens is magical from the second you find the sign pointing you along the outdoor seating to enter the restaurant. Everyone is there to ensure that you are enjoying a wonderful experience. Every morsel of food was flavored to provide a symphony of delight. I can't say enough about the service and how they make you feel so special. Joseph, our lead server, made sure everything that arrived was to our liking. He is such a extraordinary server! The food was amazing! I cannot wait to return to Philly, so I can experience the wonders of Talula's Garden.

I really like LaScala's Fire. I like the menu. The food is good and service is generally pretty good. The only negative I have is the music. Towards evening they really turn it up and since it's already very loud with customer conversation, there is no need for the music to be as loud as they have it.
