Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Northwest Philly

Wow, I’ve never had a dining experience quite like it!!! Staff and service went above and beyond. It was Valentine’s Day, and the staff signed a card for us! The food was so fresh and flavorful. The flavor of that Caesar salad… I’ll be raving about it forever.

As always the staff at Fiorella goes above and beyond. We arrived for a Valentine’s Day reservation at 5:30 inside but an earlier seating wasn’t budging and we ended up not being sat until around 6. The staff immediately apologized for the wait and set us at ease by saying, “please take your time and don’t feel rushed — we have rearranged seatings.” We then were given a welcome glass of wine and a complimentary pasta for our patience. Again the staff just went above and beyond. Every dish was perfectly prepared and delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience once again.

Had a great meal last night. Erica gave outstanding advice about the oysters and appetizers. The cocktail ist was innovative and very exciting. 3 us all had different cocktail choices that tasted very nicely. The food came quickly and was fantastic. Wine selection was very good (the wine list was not too long; just right) and we ended up with a great French white wine that went along very well with our mostly fish dishes. Had not been to this restaurant for a long time but this meal made us realize that we should come here at least once per year.

The food was delicious. The pasta and main dish. The pricing was very reasonable. Bringing in your own liquor is a great way to keep costs down. I highly recommend it and will be back!

Our server was not very friendly and when asked his opinion, he would say, ok I'll come back when you decide. Everything else was great!
