We do allow 2 hours for parties of 2, 2.5 for parties 3-4 and 3 hours for parties over 5. Please be aware that your table may be booked after these time periods.     We went to Morton’s for my sons birthday. Everything was perfect. From the customized menu to a personal birthday card already at the table when we arrived, all top notch. The valet service was efficient in the middle of Light Up Night. We will definitely plan another visit.

    Had our favorite sushi in Pittsburgh by far with the 15 course Omakase experience. Alan's menu (our sushi Chef) was perfect. We had the pleasure of experiencing a wide variety of food, and each course itself was amazing. This was coupled with fantastic service by the knowledgeable and attentive Noah, making for an awesome experience. Even if you don't want to do the Thursday Omakase experience, you have to try this place. Between the food, the service, and the views it should be on your list if you love sushi.

    This place is fantastic! Everything from the small plates (risotto), to main courses (mushroom pasta & rack of lamb) were excellent. The server steered us in just the right direction for wines that paired perfectly with our dinners. I also noticed that every meal that came out of the kitchen was closely inspected but the manager to make sure they were on the mark (and they were). This was an anniversary dinner for my wife and me, and we could not have chosen better! Highly recommend it!
