We first curate the wine list which includes 65+ wines by the glass and then design a food menu that specifically complements the wine. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Julian Silvera who spent his early culinary career in restaurants in his native NYC. He then took his talents to Florida's Knife and Spoon, where he helped garner a coveted Michelin star. Chef Julian is passionate about sourcing hyperlocal ingredients & has a strong focus on sustainability. Our service team includes ten sommeliers and is proud to offer guests more than 1,000 wines by the bottle. We are a casually elegant wine bistro open Tues-Sat 5PM to 10PM.     Wow! This place is like stepping into a 3-star Michelin restaurant—every detail is perfection. The ambiance is elevated by live music, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. The menu is a masterpiece, constantly evolving to surprise and delight. And the wine? Absolutely exceptional. My wife and I have experienced wine pairings and flights all over the Bay Area, and this is hands-down the best. And that’s saying something, considering we’re members of over ten wineries! The staff goes above and beyond, making every visit feel special. We’ve been here more than a dozen times, and each experience surpasses the last. Truly a gem—live music, incredible food, and impeccable service. A must-visit!

    We had the 4-course tasting menu, and it was fantastic! The meal left us full and satisfied. The cocktails—Project G, Cosmopolitan, and Calm Seas—were phenomenal, with smooth textures, great mouthfeel, and complex flavors. The service was exceptional and truly elevated the experience! We enjoyed the Kona Kanpachi Crudo, Lobster Ravioli with Black Truffle, Basque Cheesecake, and Paris-Brest. Already looking forward to our next visit to The Plumed Horse!
