- AAndreaLos Angeles •7 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoQuiet, well-kept surroundings. The staff are very attentive, but the real jewel of this restaurant is the cuisine: refined, fresh and harmonious. It's rare to find standards of comparable quality in the United States, even during the holidays! Being French and a member of the Italian Academy of Cuisine, I can only say, bravo!More infoRestaurant AugustPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French / American• Central Business District•4.9

- MMicahCharlotte •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoGreat experience! Love the creativity of the food and drinks! They did not disappoint. We got a dish complements of the chef which was nice and I really enjoyed myself. My wife and I are spending a couple days here and we love good food and drinks. This place is so good, I actually may go back while we are on this trip. If you are considering good food, drink, and value please look no further and do not fall for the tourist restaurants. This place is the real deal.More infoJewel of the SouthPrice: Expensive• Contemporary British• French Quarter•4.8
- KKevinNew Orleans / Louisiana •4 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoMaypop is one of my favorite restaurants. I always suggest it as a unique dining experience for friends or strangers I meet that are visiting New Orleans. You cannot truly replicate it anywhere else. I was born and raised in New Orleans and have lived in Singapore, so the concept of blending SE Asian and Creole/Cajun/NO Italian cuisine makes a lot of sense when you have lived amongst both food cultures. Maypop blends elements of these surprisingly similar cuisines in a non-gimmicky way by creating a third cuisine that stands on its own, but could not exist without the influences of the others. I'll stop typing — just eat the current duck with blueberry hoisin and collard greens dish and that is all you will need to know.More infoMaypopPrice: Expensive• Southeast Asian• Central Business District•4.6
