- PPaulChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThe duck confit was perfect, never had better duck in my life. Gnochhi and Chantelle mushrooms was outstanding too although the gnocchi itself was flavorless (the sauce and mushrooms mad cup for it). Scallops were good but oversalted. Waiter was great. good wine recommendations. Happy to have a place like this in Western Suburbs. too few options for a great meal like thisMore infoPetite ViePrice: Moderate• French• Western Springs•4.9
- LLindaVIPChicago / Illinois •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe three of ua were so impressed. The front room is spacious and noise level is very low..we were able to hear the lovely soft music and enjoy the ambience. The food was delicious. The fried Red Snapper the best I've had...the ceasar salad unusual and yummy. The waiter spoke perfect English and knew about good Mexican food. Of course the Flan was delicious and enough for 2 people. We had a lovely evening. EXCEPT we got a $250 ticket for parking in a wheelchair only..even though we had a handicapped plaque. Suggestion..put on your web site that you have Valet parking..we missed that. It would have been much cheaper than the ticket.More infoMariscos San PedroPrice: Very Expensive• Mexican• Pilsen•4.8
- EEmilySan Francisco Bay Area •7 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWhat a delight! Our party of 4 came to HaiSous on a snowy evening while we were in town for work and wanting to explore Chicago beyond the downtown core. We got a wonderful meal in an interesting location. We ordered the set menu—two of the vegetarian option and two of the regular—and that was absolutely the way to go, as it got us tastes of nearly everything on the menu and saved us from having to choose. The dishes were incredibly creative and truly delicious. Hard to pick a favorite, but if I had to, it'd be a showdown between the eggplant and the veggie curry.More infoHaiSous Vietnamese KitchenPrice: Expensive• Vietnamese• Pilsen•4.7
- MMichelleChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoWe had the BEST dining experience at Ken’s on Western! When I made our reservation through Open Table, I asked for a cozy booth for two, as my husband John and I were celebrating an early Valentine’s Day. My request was honored precisely as I had hoped, and we were met immediately by our beautiful and friendly server, Maggie, who wasted no time in procuring me the perfect martini! We both ordered the filet mignon, and they were cooked exactly to order. Sides included chive mashed potatoes and fresh tossed salad and homemade chicken noodle soup. Delicious! Maggie checked in on us multiple times during our meal, replenishing drinks, and then offering dessert and coffee. The turtle cheesecake was outstanding! We had the best(early)Valentine’s date, made extra special by excellent service!More infoKen's on WesternPrice: Moderate• American• Burbank•4.9
