The food was excellent from start to finish (especially the crispy rice, black cod, and octopus skewer) were standouts, but there was nothing that was not excellent. Even better was the service. We had to make the start of a show at the theatre and Andrew not only advised us on the menu, but paced the meal in a way where everything complemented the prior dish and allowed us to enjoy every course without feeling rushed. I brought three colleagues, who have never been, to the restaurant for dinner. One diner is vegetarian, but there are menu offerings and options available to provide them with enough to eat. All three were quite impressed with the food. My only complaint would be our table was right next to the kitchen, which can be loud. However, we made due, and had an enjoyable meal. Service is always very good, and the cocktails are fun. From the moment we sat down, Jesus, our waiter, was so attentive. He noticed our allergen card in the table and immediately addressed it, letting us know he find out anything we needed to know and would talk to the chef personally to see what our son could eat. We’ve always wanted to visit this beautiful restaurant but never did out of fear of allergies. But Jesus helped to make this experience amazing for our whole family. Thank you for taking the time to understand our allergies and walk us through the menu. It was a great start to the holiday season.
