The Pink Adobe restaurant stands proudly in the heart of Santa Fe's historic Barrio De Analco neighborhood, which is considered the oldest neighborhood in the US. Founded in 1944 by Rosalea Murphy, an artist and social connector, the restaurant takes its name from the rose-colored adobe plastering on the nearly 400-year-old hacienda that serves as its home. This iconic Santa Fe destination at the heart of the Old Santa Fe Trail has been known for its fun, vibrant atmosphere and outstanding cuisine. Some of the famous well-known dishes are still existing such as the Steak Dunnigan, French Onion Soup and Rosalea's French Apple Pie among with new and innovative creations from our Executive Chef Andrew Fox.FOR CATERING AND EVENT INQUIRIES, Please send us an email to:events@thepinkadobe.com

Restaurant Martin continues to be an underrated gem in Santa Fe. It should always be mentioned along the best in town. We had the short rib appetizer (so good) then the duck and barramundi special. Everything was lovely. Service was sharp, clean, and professional. Truly enjoyed our experience. It was a treat

Our dining experience at Arroyo Vino last night was superlative! The ambience, service by Jonathan Ashworth, and the food were excellent. At times, the noise level seemed a bit too energetic for my husband who wears hearing aids, but he's a fan nonetheless.

La Boca has been on our list for awhile. It didnt disappoint. There are actually 2 venues at the same location. The entrance on Marcy is a typical Tapas place. Around the "alley" is a dining venue with live music! We opted for the music. Much fun and of course noisy. Tables are set up for 2 diners very close together like NY or Chicago. No white table cloths here. A small bar and a small stage for the guitarist and drummer. Very "village". Loved it. We shared mussels in a delicious coconut sauce with crusted baguette from Sage. Sandy had a Sangria and I had a seasonal dark beer. Then we shared a paella for one. Very filling. Next time we will try other Tapas dishes!

Everything about the Pink Adobe was lovely. The coziness and Santa Fe decor made me feel like I was in someone’s home. The shishito peppers were roasted and seasoned perfectly, the beet salad was a work of art, and the Chilean Sea Bass with artichoke was delicious. Service was outstanding, she took the time to explain dishes and Chef visited tables. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back on my next visit.
