- TTroySeattle / Eastern Washington •17 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoMy family had just come from the vet after putting down our 20 yr old dog. No one was in the mood for celebration but we also wanted to gather together. The food was better than we’ve had before from the same restaurant location. All 6 of us ordered their campfire meals (3 in total). Steaks came out perfectly cooked, a little bobble on only one side (wrong dressing for the salad). They seated us rather apart from most other diners and that was appreciated.More infoBlack Angus Steakhouse - Federal WayPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Federal Way•4.6
- EEmmaDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThis place is incredible - everyone must go! Every single member of the staff who I passed upon entry welcomed me in warmly. I was a little early for my reservation and enjoyed a drink at the bar with the super kind and knowledgeable bartender. Someone came and got me when it was time for the omakase experience, moved me to my place setting at the quaint counter seamlessly, carrying my beverage for me. I inquired about tip as I did not want the bartender to miss out and was informed they operate with a tip pool. I was solo and was seated next to another solo diner and we had wonderful conversation and got to enjoy the experience together. The chefs were so kind and talented, each bite was incredible and made with such high quality ingredients. As a former fine dining server and restaurant manager I was in love and blown away by the service. I could tell everyone who took care of me was happy to be there, and that means a lot when you shell out for this kind of thing. It felt warm and luxurious the entire time. My plate and place setting were crumbed/wiped down as necessary, every item was described in detail, I could go on and on. I am SO happy I found this place and had this experience. Our friends after all the years of living in Seattle area had never been to Saltys on Alki! What a wonderful experience for them! Yeah Open table, and getting a window seat at 430 pm! Our waiter was on top of his game, the food was delicious and the conversation and company could not have been better. An excellent experience in a beautiful restaurant.More infoSalty's on Alki BeachPrice: Expensive• Seafood• West Seattle/Alki•4.7
- RRobinSeattle / Eastern Washington •2 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 15, 2024My mom and I love going here. I took her today to celebrate the life of a passed loved one, and tried a new menu item. It was the Red Beans and Rice burger. I’m not a vegetarian, so I do eat meat but the red beans caught my attention. I went ahead and ordered it and it tasted so much like the food from New Orleans. It took me to a happy place. Kudos to the chef and the rest of the staff there. Always feel warm and welcomed.More infoThe Windmill BistroPrice: Moderate• American• Sumner•4.8
