I recently had breakfast at The Edwin Restaurant in Hotel AlpenRock, and let me tell you—it was an incredible experience! Everything was just perfect. The staff was super friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we could possibly need. I decided to try the Montezuma Hash, and it was fantastic! The elk sausage was a delightful surprise—something I’d never had before, but it was so tasty! The entire dish was bursting with flavor, cooked to perfection, and just what I needed to kick off my day. And those views? Absolutely stunning. Enjoying a delicious meal while gazing out at the mountains was truly something special. The peaks stretched for miles, and in the morning light, it was simply breathtaking. If you find yourself in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by for breakfast. You’ll enjoy great food, amazing service, and views that will make you want to linger all day. I can’t wait to return!More infoEdwinPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Breckenridge•3.7

We dined in with 6 adults. Started at the bar and then had dinner at a table. Everything was delicious, high quality, and unique. Highly recommend the deviled eggs and country biscuit ham board for apps and the short rib, shrimp and grits (proper southern grits!), or the butchers choice for dinner. Service was top notch - atmosphere was cozy and well done. All around a great night out.More infoCabin Juice at Gravity HausPrice: Expensive• Farm-to-table• Breckenridge•4.6
