I know V day is amateur hour and sometimes can be overwhelming for staff but I feel like the staff was very green. They meant well and were always concerned but they made their frustrations and nervousness too obvious in the dining area. A couple of good wait staff could help that place kill it. The food is good enough to attract loyal clientele. Drinks were tasty but weak. Had to request stronger ones twice. Overall a good experience. I would go back but would love to see service improvements. The smoked scallops on the regular menu is such an amazing dish, a must try. We have lived in the area for 48 years and Sonora is one of the few reataurants in the county (O Mandarin and Dubrovnik) where we return regularly and are never disapointed.
