Chef Bau is culinary genius, I can't recommend his restaurant enough. Tony our server was amazing, the food came out perfectly timed, the wine pairings were perfect. The dining area is cozy and relaxing reminiscent of the French quarter of New Orleans. Dining here is an experience as much as getting a delightful meal. I plan on going back again to try more new items on the menu as well as to see what the specials are. Everyone at my table ended up sharing our entrees and each one was a symphony of flavors. Do not pass up the opportunity to eat at this restaurant. It is without a doubt the best restaurant I've eaten at on oahu in the last three years.
