Over his many years in Oaxaca, TJ cultivated relationships with local craftsmen, artists, mezcaleros, cooks and farmers throughout the region. Claro is dedicated to making everything by hand, including the masa, cheeses, chorizo and moles.     I had such a great time at Senza Gluten for Valentine’s day!! My boyfriend has celiac and a nut allergy and we’ve been looking for a good place to go with no anxiety of cross contamination and this was it. They were so awesome with reassuring him and explained different meals to us when we mentioned the nut allergy. The staff was also so kind. I will note it was pretty expensive for too people and they only take cash or amex but if you have a gluten allergy I would definitely recommend this place!!

    Always love eating here! My favorite celiac friendly restaurant. The owner and staff are always friendly and helpful. Thank you for our Valentines Day gift also! Was so sweet to give everyone a valentines day card on the table with a gift for two free drinks when you return. Very thoughtful. And as always, my food was delicious!!!!

    Great dining experience. I’m always grateful for a chance to eat gluten-free without worrying about cross contamination. The food was excellent from the fried calamari appetizer to the ravioli entree to the salted caramel cheesecake.
