The staff were genuinely lovely, attentive, not over the top but really welcoming and kind. The food was outstanding, we had the gf bread (best gf bread we’ve had out in a while) lamb entree, wagyu and pork main, parish mash and the pavlova for dessert. However, the tables were sticky with what appeared to be residue from drink coasters which was off-putting. I'm unsure if it was the weather but the place was very quiet. Generally I don't mind a quitter venue but this was bordering on dead which killed the vibe a little bit. I don't know why because it's a pretty decent place.
