Great to bring kids too as my son got a toy lobster, coloring activity and popcorn! I enjoyed my striped bass with pomegranate chutney. It is one of the last old school steak restaurants in Boston. Great service as always and our waiter, Chris was outstanding. We shared a beet and goat cheese salad - perfect. I had the 16 oz NY strip steak. OMG - it was fabulous. Home fries on the side are always a must. My wife had chicken with some crisp, chunks of potatoes. I admit to stealing a few pieces from her plate. Delicious key lime pie for desert. If you want a really good steak and nice service - go to Abe & Louie’s!More infoAbe & Louie’s - BostonPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Back Bay•4.7

There were a few menu items that we needed to clarify before ordering as we were unfamiliar with items...but all part of the fun. The food was outstanding, I tried the lobster with squid ink gnocchi ...exceptional! The restaurant is kind of cozy...small floor plan with a communal center table. It all works, but if you have a larger group..book ahead to get one of the separate side tables.More infoPammy'sPrice: Very Expensive• American• Cambridge•4.8

I forget our server's name (possibly George or something that starts with a J?) but he truly loved what he did and it showed. We split the Vlach Giorti and enjoyed every option on the platter.
