Some recipes, including the falafel, have been passed down for generations through Baum’s (our owner!) family and were first served at Rina’s own falafel stand in Israel in the 1950’s. No wonder she chose to name the restaurant after the women who embedded some of the fondest memories of her upbringing. We had a wonderful experience celebrating our anniversary at Little Sparrow. The food was fantastic (we had the frites, poulet, scallops), the service was fantastic (we event received a customized menu for our anniversary), and the ambience was very romantic (the venue is really great for special occasions). The restaurant is located Westside Provisions, so there is ample parking and great to walk around pre or post-dinner. I would definitely go back and highly recommend.

I apologize for not remembering the name of our server. Hopefully you can look this up under our reservation. But that gentleman, overheard me discussing my birthday and the birthday of my daughter. He brought us free dessert, wished me a happy birthday, knowing my daughter was not at the dinner with us, and wish both of us a wonderful birthday and a happy life. He was wonderful.
