The food was delicious and well presented, and the staff were professional and welcoming. A big thank you to our waiter (who was from the Canary Islands) and was friendly, very attentive and provided an excellent service. We had the Romney Marsh lamb for starters which tasted amazing, followed by the Hake and clams with coconut verde sauce, equally delicious. Dessert and cheeses were fab. The following morning we thoroughly enjoyed the continental and cooked breakfast. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly and the smoked salmon was high quality. We had dinner at The George Grill as part of an overnight stay and found it to be excellent. The food was delicious and well presented, and the staff were professional and welcoming. A big thank you to our waiter (who was from the Canary Islands) and was friendly, very attentive and provided an excellent service. We had the Romney Marsh lamb for starters which tasted amazing, followed by the Hake and clams with coconut verde sauce, equally delicious. Dessert and cheeses were fab. The following morning we thoroughly enjoyed the continental and cooked breakfast. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly and the smoked salmon was high quality. This is our second visit here and although the menu may be limited for some, it is of high standard.
Had a lovely set menu lunch for my daughter’s 21 st birthday. We all loved especially the touch of a free birthday pudding . Staff Lovely and very friendly and attentive.
