Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Austin

Their happy hour is my favorite excuse to not cook dinner during the week. The Condesa margarita has to be my favorite cocktail in all of Austin, and my favorite weekday happy hour treat! The service here is always top notch, and the ingredients are always fresh!

The staff had read my request to be seated against a wall rather than in the middle of the restaurant due to my hearing problems. That was very appreciated. After we were seated, there was some issue with the waitstaff assignment, and we were completely ignored for over 10 minutes. Kyle, one of the hosts, noticed the issue and effectively waited our table for the evening. While our assigned waitress came by and apologized, she never provided any service. Kyle continued to see to our needs, and I handed him our tip in cash as we left. The food is great, the noise level in the main part of the downstairs restaurant is pretty loud. But, we were able to have a great evening thanks to their consideration of my hearing. This was my second visit, and we'll be back. Give Kyle a raise. He's observant, smart, and service oriented. BTW, we were there before attending a show at the Paramount, and they offer a discount to ticket holders! Check them out. We'll be back.

Fantastic seafood! Fantastic service! Lovely dining room. We had a wonderful evening. The only complaint was that we were seated right next to the kitchen, so lots of servers streaming by, carts, and noise from the kitchen. Next time I will call and ask to be seated away from the kitchen. But everything else was top notch.

The food was incredible and the service was fantastic. Can’t beat the green beans and pork dumplings.

This place was like a hidden gem! Maybe because I never looked into gluten free food options until I had to. But everything was incredible! The location is super cute, they have great mocktails (if you don’t drink) and the food is outstanding! I will definitely be back.
