Best Kid Friendly Restaurants in Richmond District

I have eaten many meals at Zuni over decades and the quality has been amazingly consistent over that time. It’s often just what I want to eat. I had a baguette steak that reminded me of France in the 1970s. The prices have definitely increased. It’s not out of line with similar places, but it used to seem cheaper than other places of equivalent quality. No longer. It’s every bit as expensive as other fine dining places if more relaxed than some.

My first time here and can't wait to come back. Beautiful looking restaurant. I went with 2 of my clients for lunch. The 3 appetizers were perfect. Zucchini Fries , Nancy's Caprese , and Beef Carpaccio .... all delicious . I had Black Truffle Cavatelli w/ Toasted bread crumbs , I seriously thought I was back in Italy ! The Lemon Bowtie pasta with Shrimp was another incredible dish . Another dish , Johns House made Raviolis was another super dish . Service was above Parr .... Ben our server ,went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and well served. don't miss this neighborhood Gem !

First-time visit to China Live, and we were not disappointed! Attentive, helpful service (Raffi was super-helpful with navigating the menu), lots of choices, and quick service. We got the XLB, sea bass, and crispy noodles with chicken, and really, I can't think of a single negative thing to say about any of them. Dessert was the wonderful mandarin brownie with lychee ice cream. All in all, a wonderful meal and a great time out for my bride and I.

Excellent pasta and pizza. We enjoyed a wonderful birthday celebration at Fiorella. We had a 8:15 reservation but were seated by 8PM. We sat outside and were initially worried it might get cold but the heat lamps and mostly enclosed space were surprisingly comfortable. The four of us shared 2 pizzas, 2 pastas and 2 salads.

Food was excellent. Portions are good for communal eating and sharing. Servers are pleasant, not pushy about drinks or dessert. Owner went round to ensure all guests are happy with food- he explains how to “wrap” gem lettuce leaf around really crisp shrimp if one is bothered by the crispness! And it is so so nice that they added 20 percent to the bill so that it gets distributed to all staff. No more tipping anxiety to ruin an evening. V civilized. The service level and the quality of the food is such that you won’t mind the 20 being added on upfront!
