Best Italian Restaurants in Maida Vale

We went on the 15/02 for dinner with my husband and our dog Cali and we had absolutely amazing experience, food was so so delicious, regarding the service I think is the best service we have ever had in any restaurants in London tbh !!! The best! All of the staff was so friendly and so lovely to us and to all customers around, absolutely gentle with our dog! Honestly my favourite place in London, we live in Notting Hill Gate and definitely this is going to be our local place to go!!! 10/10 Best Italian restaurant!

Review: Exceptional Dining Experience at Bacchanalia From the moment we arrived at Bacchanalia, we were met with exceptional hospitality. Despite a queue at the entrance, the attentive staff promptly acknowledged our arrival and ensured we were seated within five minutes. As soon as we settled in, we were offered a choice between still or sparkling water, setting the tone for the level of attentiveness throughout the evening. Anna took the time to walk us through the menu, providing clear explanations that helped us navigate the options with ease. Nikos, who took our order, was an absolute standout. His attentiveness and thoughtful recommendations made our dining experience even more enjoyable. He ensured that each course, from starters to dessert, was delivered seamlessly, checking in regularly to make sure we were well taken care of and fully satisfied. The service at Bacchanalia truly elevated our meal, making for a memorable and enjoyable evening. The combination of warm hospitality, knowledgeable staff, and impeccable service makes it a dining experience worth returning to.

As always the quality of food and wine is excellent. The staff are welcoming and very efficient

The main manager was great, he moved our table when we asked and was very attentive. We were asked if we were Muslim and we’re not, but the way it was asked seemed offensive if I was a Muslim and therefore I do believe staff do require training. Apart from the manager, staff were not attentive which was disappointing otherwise I would have given 5 stars

We love The Red Pepper. From the moment we enter to the moment we depart we savor the warm ambience, attentive and friendly wait staff, efficient but in no way hurrying service, and superb food. The menu is various and inventive without forgetting traditional favorites, and each recipe is prepared with fresh ingredients. Fish and meat is tender; vegetables are firm but not raw; sauces are perfectly spiced; pasta is al dente; and salads are crisp. This is a neighborhood gem for sure!
