My favourite dish of the night was the new “marinated beets” with mama ghanoush, salted ricotta (I omitted due to dairy allergy) & cured zucchini - A true chefs kiss/honourable mention to this extraordinary explosion of flavours, vivid colours and complimentary textures which paired superb with my delightful blueberry roiboos tea! One thing that blows my mind though is they don't have ribeye's. I ended up choosing the tenderloin, which was really good, but I just love the ribeye!
