Steuben’s is named after a restaurant in Boston that my Great Uncles, Max and Joe, opened in 1945. Steuben's became a famous Boston restaurant, nightclub, and hotspot from the 1940’s to the 1960’s on Boylston Street. The Vienna Room, The Cave, and The Blue Room were all part of the Steuben's space and hosted Big Band, Jazz, and Swing groups with The Rat Pack, proms and sweet sixteens, and more.     Le Bilboquet is a regular favorite for us. The new renovations have made it a bit cozier and the new private rooms I think a good idea. The food is always very good and dependable. We had the cajun chicken which was excellent. I also had the Dover sole, a special on Thursday's and it was perfectly seasoned and delicious. We also got the normal crab and avocado salad which again was very nice. Very good food, very nice ambiance and service. I highly recommend.

    Lovely time, as always! The menu has changed a bit (for the better, we think!) over the last few years. The seasonal changes are always interesting. Lots of options for everyone and just a really chill vibe. We had the pleasure of being served by Carla who was so sweet (our friend was chilly from a wintery trek from his car, so she brought him a hot water to wrap his hands around) - so thoughtful! We had a lovely time and will be back.
