One of my favorite restaurants in Houston. The food is always on point. The staff are all personable. The overall esthetic of the restaurant is well thought out and pleasing. When the weather is nice the outdoor seating is a huge bonus.

I'm so happy to have found Ruggles Black. I am gluten and dairy free and there are so many delicious options. Regular eaters who have eaten there with me love the food as well. The atmosphere is very fun. Wait staff are fabulous. The owner came out to greet us and to make sure we were happy. I will go back often.

I appreciate the grace as we were running late and the team was accommodating and kind, even though we were behind schedule and closing was at 10p. Thank you for the hospitality.
