Best Cocktail Bars in Carlsbad

We had a really fun time at Wilma’s Carousel. The hostesses were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel so welcome! We got to sit at the carousel and it was really comfortable. The bar tenders were all very nice and helpful. The drinks were tasty. I tried both NA drinks and enjoyed both. The smashed Big Mac was absolutely delicious. Hubby had steak frites, but the steak was overcooked. It didn’t detract from a lovely evening. We will return and try some appetizers and dessert!

Such a cute place. Very comfortable and fun. The drink menu has a couple drinks for 2 to 4 people to share, non-alcoholic tropical drinks, and a good variety of regular tropical drinks served in various unique glasses. My husband had the Painkiller and was given the option of level 1, 2 or 3 depending upon how much pain you want to kill. I had the Caribbean Welcome which was served in a hollowed out coconut. For brunch, he had the Kalua Scramble and I had Chicken and Waffle. Both dishes were outstanding and we brought home the leftovers and had them for dinner. After brunch we went up to the rooftop to the Cococabana and had another drink. Their food menu was the same as the Tiki Bar, but the drink menu was slightly different. It also was a very fun place to visit and had a great view. I would highly recommend coming here for a little slice of the islands. We will be back.

Service was excellent, drinks were absolutely delicious and food was great. The place is kinda of small but very chic.

Great restaurant over looking the batiquitos lagoon, the service was excellent. We ordered the scallop ceviche which had an amazing taste, the tortilla chips were super fresh. The apple beet salad “ wow” amazing dressing never had anything like this. Finally the waygu burger super tasty and super fresh French fries

Since it opened, C-Level has provided consistent levels of service, food quality and atmosphere. My friend’s Lobster BLT with bisque made me want to order it next time. She said I should. My Healthy Steaks on Fire salad was a good as I remember from many past visits. And Jessie’s service was above and beyond. Oh, and our cocktails were a great start, as were Jessie’s special coffees at the end!
