Gateau Ghost's humble beginnings trace back to the pandemic when founder Jayden Park perfected his madeleines in his home kitchen. This is where crowd favourite Madeline flavours like Matcha-Pistachio, Biscoff, and Miso were first created. Fast forward to 2024, and we've opened the first brick-and-mortar restaurant. The space is a 3-in-1 masterpiece: a bakery, a small storefront stocked with products from local businesses, and a bistro-style restaurant with an open kitchen. We're serving coffee, pastries, brunch, lunch, and dinner from our location at College & Dovercourt in Toronto. Our cafe is open 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.Brunch waitlist available from 10:00am-3:30pm, Wednesday - Sunday.Dinner reservations 6:00pm - late, Thursday - Sunday We accept reservations for our dinner service three weeks in advanced and require a credit card to book.Entire party must be present to be seated.

We celebrated Valentine’s Day at GG and had an amazing experience. The staff are so friendly and the vibe feels upscale while still being relaxed. The food all had a unique flavour that worked so well. This is going to be somewhere in our constant rotation for date night

Top to bottom 5 star experience. Service was causal, warm and attentive. We ordered the hansang (basically chef's choice) and felt it was an incredible value at $135 pp. There were 4 different cuts of meat included (iberico pork, aged striploin, marinated galbi, A5 waygu) and they were incredibly delicious when eaten alone or with the plethora of banchan. The meat was expertly grilled and served with care, a real dining treat to be so hands off during a KBBQ experience. All the ingredients and accompaniments were top quality. The space itself is not large, and we really appreciated not being rushed due to quick reservation turnovers. Highly recommend for a special occasion, will definitely be returning!

My friend and I sat at a table for two and it felt cozy. We liked the choices on the menu and the cocktails were soooo good! We had the chivken wings and liked the sauce overall, but felt it was a little overpowering. I would recommend asking for it on the side so that you can dip your wings. I know we're coming back to try them this way!
