- VVickiVIPOrange County •9 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoWe've been bringing friends and family to splashes for a few decades. The remodeling is nice...seating with strangers next to you a little tight and uncomfortable.. We ended with cappuccino. We should of spoke up however didnt have time for a remake. It was very cold cappucino as though they just removed it from sitting out for an hour. Probably shouldn't have paid for that. The staff friendly and attentive.More infoSplashes at Surf & Sand ResortPrice: Very Expensive• Californian• Laguna Beach•4.7
