The word Quay is actually defined: A wharf formed towards the sea or at the side of a harbour for convenience of loading or unloading goods.You will notice our dining room walls adorned with Murals of Architecture from the area of Sullivan’s Quay around the 19th century, when Jack Sullivan, whom the area is named after, patrolled the streets selling beer and wine to the local saloonkeepers. The staff from the hostess to the waitress to the manager treated us like royalty. Our first time there and we can’t wait to go back. It looked to me that they really want everyone to be happy and satisfied. I’ll tell you this from experience there aren’t many restaurants that take care of their customers like this. A+ all the way.
