This year’s thanksgiving dinner was wonderful. Great wine, antipasto, three tasty pastas, braised short ribs that melted in my mouth, and a dessert sampler tray. I’ve never been offered cocoa pasta stuffed with squash. It was creamy and without a hint of chocolate—despite the ingredients. Another fun Becco experience.
