Best Italian Restaurants in Rio Rancho

Our first time here.We were told that this is an Albuquerque staple and now we see why. The food was excellent . Meatballs were great, bruschetta had a unique presentation , chicken piccata and pasta were really good. Our only issue was that nothing was served hot. All of was warm. It won't stop us from returning.

Great food and cocktails! We split the large Blackberry and Pecan salad between four of us and had plenty. We enjoyed our fries Brie app and each of us loved our entree. I had the Artichoke Ravioli which was amazing! It had the perfect blend of flavors with chicken, onion, and raisins in the sauce.

This was an anniversary dinner and we enjoyed it very much. We love bringing our family to Mattucci’s. We’re now realizing that each one has its own feel its own vibe and this one is definitely a dress up. Nice vibe. Definitely will be coming back here.

Great menu with flavorful salads and entrees, good prices for lunch, little bit more expensive for dinner but worth it. Good and fast service from the minute you enter the front door. We enjoy sitting at high tops in the bar facing the Sandias, especially when the weather is warm and the entire wall opens up like a garage door. We've had grilled vegetable salad, roasted apple caesar, caprese salad, margherita pizza, lemon artichoke pasta, eggplant parmesan, chicken parmesan sandwich, chicken milanese and chicken saltimbocca, and lemon ricotta cookies -- and we love all of these dishes. Not only do we get Open Table points for our reservations but also points for M'Tucci's Rewards program. Daytime ambience is casual, but this is also a perfect place for date nights and special occasions. So nice to have some place other than fast food for family meals here on the West Side.
