Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in Bellingham

First time coming here. Wonderful service. Ambience is perfect. My husband and I totally loved their brussel sprouts(the char is perfect and the sauce is sublime) and beef tartare (love the cracker underneath the tartare and the flavouring with the egg yolk is amazing). 10/10 King salmon for one of the entrees is also perfect. The fish texture is wonderful, just cooked right. The sauce is the showstopper basically elevating the dish. 10/10 Mushroom risotto- we loved the taste but the consistency is not what we expected from a risotto. Otherwise, flavour is on point. 8/10 Roasted pork belly- my husband rates it at 7/10. He loved the pork belly itself but didn’t feel the puree properly complemented the meat. I would also rate it at 7/10 but mostly because i thought it would be crispier or at least have crispy edges but i do love the puree and the chicharonnes with it. Lastly my husband and I got the salted caramel pot de creme. Loved it. 10/10. Not too sweet. Loved the texture with the vanilla breton on top. My husband also got the Americano to finish, wonderful and superb as he said it. 10/10. Definitely will come back here and try their other dishes. ❤️

My husband and I don't usually go out on Valentines Day but this year we thought we'd give it a try. I made online reservations at Anthony's for a late lunch. We were greeted warmly and were told we would be seated shortly. We made our way to the bar and noticed how busy the restaurant was but it looked like it was well staffed. We were pleasantly surprised by getting a window seat. Each table had a fresh bouquet of flowers, nice touch. The waiter went out of his way to accommodate out dinner request. Our personal favorite was the steamer clams and bread. We will back next year!

This place is always nice, we got window seats and had a beautiful view. The service was great and not intrusive, the food was wonderful. My husband has the tacos, I had the steelhead sandwich. We splurged in the Cherry buckle. It was delicious. I recommend this place for special occasions.

We have been going to the Lighthouse Grill for many many years. It's not consistent, but last night was one of the those nights where they outdid themselves. The wine and steak was excellent but not too sure about the Caesar salad being the best we've ever had. I think it lacked some good croutons. They served a baguette that was warm and fresh and they had this wonderful butter with it. So many things to love about this place including the fast that it's quiet unless you are unlucky to be there on a night with a lot of drunky McDrunk faces next to your table which has happened on occasion. I would give it a high rating based on our recent experience. We always give them chances.

Stayed at the hotel and saw high marks on open table a decided to try.
